It was coined by Dr. Whitney Bowe, who shared her vision for the ultimate skin cycling routine on TikTok.
Typical skin cycling routine:
Night 1: Exfoliation
Night 2: Retinol
Night 3: Recovery
Night 4: Recovery
and repeat.
