Black Seed Oil – The “Cure For EVERY Disease Except Death” In A Pill?

I am a big fan of hopping on a trend when I see it working for others. A lotion that cures acne overnight? Seems unlikely, but I’ll try it! This being said research is very important to me and I take reviews with a grain of salt, but when I heard about all the amazing side effects people got overnight from taking Black Seed Oil, I decided – Why not?! What’s the worst that could happen (The motto I live by even though I probably shouldn’t).

“Drink one spoon of Black Seed Oil a day and live to see 100 disease-free”

Let’s talk more about what Black Seed Oil actually is. Commonly referred to as the “cure for everything except death”, the oil is extracted from a plant in Southeast Asia called black cumin. It is primarily used for palliative measures for diabetes, arthritis, headaches, fatigue, high blood pressure, cholesterol, and the list goes on.

Additionally, it’s used to fight inflammation, digestive issues, infections, dry hair, dry skin and hair growth.

What can’t this pill do?!

I don’t have any of the medical conditions I listed above, so I can’t attest to the remedying of them. But it has helped me otherwise!

As someone who doesn’t exercise and has a poor diet (weird flex but ok..), every single day I felt fatigued, by noon I was ready to take a nap, I could barely keep my eyes open and felt unmotivated.

BLACK SEED OIL SOFTGEL CAPSULES

The second day of taking the pill, that quite literally all turned around. I am not joking when I say this is a miracle pill to me. The second day of taking the pill I noticed no more mental fatigue, I am able to clearly communicate my thoughts, and most importantly, I didn’t need a daily nap! My sister started taking them with me and ended up buying her own bottle of pills and the actual oil.

I take two Black Seed Oil Potent Liquid Capsules because I was not keen on drinking a thick, and probably foul-smelling tablespoon every day. One with my breakfast, and one after my dinner.

It’s been two weeks since I’ve started taking the pills and I can honestly say I will continue to do so for a very long time. Mental and physical fatigue is something I have battled for so long (I know I need to clean up my diet ok!) so taking something that helps me concentrate and stay awake all day is really a no brainer for me. I encourage you to do your own research and try it out for yourself!
